How it works

1. 01

   You get one link

   Each organization has a single referral code, issued once. Rotating it retires the old one instead of reassigning it, so a link you shared last year can never pay someone else.

2. 02

   Someone follows it

   The attribution is kept in their browser for 30 days. They can leave, think about it, and come back: the credit is still yours.

3. 03

   They pay their first invoice

   25% of that invoice, excluding tax and capped at what was actually collected, is recorded as your commission.

4. 04

   It vests, then it is paid

   A commission clears 14 days after the payment, which is the refund window. Payouts are made by hand, grouped per currency.

The rules, in full

Every one of these is enforced by the payment processor's webhook and covered by tests, not by policy. They are listed because a program that hides its edges is a program you discover after the fact.

• Eligibility starts at your own first paid invoice. A free account cannot refer.
• First invoice only. Renewals, upgrades and top-ups never create a second commission.
• Self-referral pays nothing: two organizations that share an owner cannot refer each other.
• A refund claws the commission back, in proportion to what was refunded.
• An invoice paid outside the payment processor commissions nothing.
• Students and creators are mutually exclusive. A verified student cannot earn, and a referral with a student on either side mints no commission.
• Eligibility can be revoked for abuse. A revocation is permanent, and no automatic path undoes it.
